Flying Squirrel Tree Service was built on a passion for helping homeowners protect and care for their properties through dependable tree care. Although our company was founded in 2008, our journey in the tree industry began in 2000, when we started working alongside family and gained valuable hands-on experience that continues to guide our work today. Today, we proudly serve East Dundee, IL, and surrounding Fox Valley communities under the leadership of Veronica Ceja, carrying forward the values that have shaped our business from the very beginning.
As a family-owned, woman-owned business, we believe every customer deserves honest recommendations, respectful service, and workmanship they can count on. Trees add beauty, shade, and value to a property, but damaged, diseased, or overgrown trees can also create safety concerns. Our goal is to help homeowners, businesses, and property managers protect their families, buildings, and investments by providing thoughtful tree removal, trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, cabling and bracing, and commercial tree care. Whenever possible, we preserve healthy trees and remove only what is truly necessary.
Our licensed and insured crew brings more than 18 years of experience to every project and uses specialized equipment that allows us to work efficiently while protecting your landscape. Our story is also one of family. We proudly honor the memory of Jose Ceja, whose dedication, work ethic, and passion for serving others helped shape the foundation of Flying Squirrel Tree Service before his passing in December. His values continue to inspire the way we care for our customers, support one another as a team, and serve the communities we proudly call home.
